With the NRL Grand Final set to sizzle this weekend, there’s no better time to reflect on the remarkable career of Wayne Bennett. At 74, he’s still a powerhouse in rugby league, proving that passion and purpose don’t diminish with age. After a stellar 36-year career—widely regarded as one of the most influential and innovative coaches of the modern era—Wayne feels his work is far from done. And in case you missed it, he’s just signed a three-year contract with the Rabbitohs!
For our readers, Bennett’s journey is a powerful reminder that age is no barrier to making an impact and that life’s second act is all about staying true to what moves you.
